This hotel became my favorite spot in Pattaya thanks to its unbeatable location and top-notch facilities. The service was excellent, with staff who genuinely made my stay enjoyable. While my room was comfortable, there was an unpleasant smell I couldn't quite shake off, which was distracting. Also, I wished the room service hours were more accommodating, as I missed out on ordering when I needed it. Overall, a solid choice for a great stay, but room conditions could slightly improve.
